Mobile Feeding
The flexible solution for uninterrupted feeding of your biogas plant
Our mobile feeding unit was specially developed for short-term use, ensuring optimal temporary feeding of your biogas plant. It gives you maximum flexibility exactly when you need it most.
Operating Principle
The solid material is loaded into the bunker using standard loading equipment. There, the proven belt conveyor technology feeds the material to the three milling rollers, which evenly dose the substrates into the cross conveyor screw. This feeds the pre-dosed material into the mixing chamber of the BioFeed pump, where recirculate is simultaneously mixed in. The mixture is then fed to the digester via the pressure line.
Transport
Delivery is by low-loader trailer. Unloading is carried out by unsaddling. No crane is required, provided there is sufficient space.
Connections
A pipe connection of at least DN150 is required for both the suction and pressure lines. Automatic slide valves with 25 m of cable are supplied. These require an adequate compressed air supply of at least 8 bar. 25 m of pressure hose and 25 m of suction hose are included as standard equipment.
Substrates
The unit can be operated with common substrates such as maize silage, short-chopped whole crop silage (GPS), chopped grass silage, short-fibre manure, and grain CCM.
